\nResponsibilities for Japanese \/ English Bilingual Accounting Manager:
\n\u2022\tRegistration of Accounts Payables, classification of G\/L accounts within SAP System
\n\u2022\tCreation of invoices to Customers (Accounts Receivable), clarification of Deviations in terms of quantities, price and Quality in cooperation with other Geiger departments (e.g. Sales)
\n\u2022\tDefine and calculate provisions\/accruals in cooperation with Headquarter at months end\/years end.
\n\u2022\tFixed Asset Accounting in SAP
\n\u2022\tConversion Fixed Asset Accounting from Excel to SAP
\n\u2022\tCreate Bank transactions, ensure Bank Reconciliations, Transparency based on Bank Statements
\n\u2022\tResponsible for Purchase Orders, and obtaining appropriate approvals
\n\u2022\tMonthly Cash Flow forecasts and monthly review with headquarter.
\n\u2022\tSupport at Budget process, creation of Management Summary
\n\u2022\tsupport analysis and clarification at Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet area
\n\u2022\tPreparation of financial audits in cooperation with Headquarter and Tax adviser.
\n\u2022\tOther duties as assigned
\nRequirements for Japanese \/ English Bilingual Accounting Manager:
\n\u2022\tMUST have Associate\u2019s degree or Bachelor’s degree or Higher with Business related disciplines
\n\u2022\tMust have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
\n\u2022\tExcellent communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
\n\u2022\tStrong analytical and mathematical skills<\/p>\n
