One of our clients located in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Logistics Coordinator candidate.

Main Responsibilities for Import – Export Logistics Coordinator:
\n– Coordinate all aspects of international cargo shipments including customs clearance, inland transportation, bookings, preparing documentation, rate quotations, customer service, contacting brokers\/steamship lines, cargo tracking, etc.
\n– Provide good communication with customers and business partners to maintain positive relationships.
\n– Address problems with daily operations or shipping delays and propose potential risk and countermeasure to keep the minimal negative impact to customer.
\n– Report to operations manager or division manager immediately regarding updates of status, problems or accidents.
\n– Perform any other duties as required by the management.<\/p>\n
Requirements for Import – Export Logistics Coordinator:
\n– High school or higher degree (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business related major is preferred)
\n– 2-4 years experience in Import\/Export operation is a great plus (Freight Forwarding is preferred)
\n– Must be able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in Advanced Level
\n– Detail oriented and excellent math skills
\n– Excellent communication and analytical skills.
\n– Excellent attendance and work ethic<\/p>\n
Salary: Up to $14\/hr<\/p>\n
