Here, this job offers what you are looking for!<\/p>\n<p>Please see below for details and apply with your most updated Word resume.<\/p>\n<p>Position:  Accounting Manager<br \/>\nLocation: Houston, TX<br \/>\nExperience: Sr.  to Manager Level<br \/>\n$: DOE<br \/>\nJapanese Language skill is plus!!<\/p>\n<p>Summary of Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Oversee all the accounting functions<br \/>\nReview and Approve journal entries and other accounting transactions<br \/>\nCollect and Analyze financial records accurately and Identify errors<br \/>\nPrepare SG&#038;A allocation and ensure following GAAP and SOX requirements<br \/>\nPerform and Oversee activities related to bank account such as bank reconciliation, wire transfer, and recommended payments<br \/>\nOther duties are assigned as needed<\/p>\n<p>Summery of Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or above<br \/>\nKnowledge in GAAP and SAP<br \/>\nAt least 5 years of management experience<br \/>\nAt least 3 years working experience as an assistant controller or some related level<br \/>\nProfecient with accounting systems and Microsoft Office<br \/>\nHelpful: Knowledge in SOX \/ JSOX, Experience of working in Accounting Firms such as BIG 4<br \/>\nWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk,  lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and listen.
