Position: Accounting Assistant \/ Sales Assistant<\/p>\n
Duration: 3 months (possibility to be a permanent employee after the project period)<\/p>\n
Compensation: Salary \u2013 DOE <\/p>\n
Summary of Responsibilities for Accounting Assistant \/ Sales Assistant:
\nAssist with AP\/AR, processing invoices, preparing Forecasts and Budget, etc.
\nData Entry & Filing
\nCustomer Service<\/p>\n
Requirements for Accounting Assistant \/ Sales Assistant:<\/p>\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
\nExperience in Oracle is a big plus
\nMust have at least Bachelor’s Degree
\nPrefer: Accounting or Finance<\/p>\n
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms , stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and listen. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision<\/p>\n
