Requirements for Human Resources Manager:
\nMust have Bachelor\u2019s or Higher degree in Human Resources, HR-related, or Business major
\nMust have 3-5 years of HR\/managerial experience as a HR Manager in Automotive Manufacturing industry
\nMust have extensive Human Resources and Human Resources Management knowledge
\nMust have Training and Organizational Development (OD) experience
\nMust be experienced in a full range of HR activities (hiring, termination, periodical reviews\/meetings, benefits, insurances, and HR laws)
\nMust be knowledgeable in OSHA regulations
\n Must have strong leadership and coaching skills, and excellent interpersonal communicaion ability
\nThe work environment of HR Manager job may include manufacturing and production plant setting. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
Summary of Responsibilities for Human Resources Manager:
\nConduct and responsible for HR administration, from hiring to termination
\nDevelop training programs, policies and procedures for the better workforce environment
\nMaintain the high quality team relationship through the periodical meetings and reviews, and exercise the caution activities if necessary
\nPlan and implement the local, state and federal OSHA regulations
\nSupervise other Human Resources generalists
\nOther duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Compensation: Salary (DOE, up to $75K)<\/p>\n
