Position: Administrative Assistant
\nSalary: up to $15\/hr
\nDirect Hire \/ Full time
\nLocation: Nashville, TN<\/p>\n
Summary of Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position:
\n– Assist all administrative \/ clerical duties (filing, documentation, phone \/ e-mail \/ fax correspondences)
\n– Assist accounting duties (A\/P, A\/R, Bookkeeping)
\n– Maintain data base and enter required information into systems
\n– Perform tasks such as copying, faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing
\n– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements for this Administrative Assistant position:
\n– Must have high school diploma or higher education
\n– Excellent Communication Skills
\n– Strong math and analytical skills, and team and detail oriented work abilities
\n– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
\n– Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, terms, and procedures in the manufacturing \/ automotive field is a big plus
\nThe work environment of this job may include manufacturing setting. While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
