Excellent<br \/>\ncommunication, organization, and problem-solving skills are a must. Also, this individual must be able to lead<br \/>\nthe team to the highest level of performance under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage day to day Air and Ocean freight forwarding operations, as well as sales, revenue, customer service and administration departments<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain safety compliance throughout all processes and departments in accordance with regulations and standards (TSA, Facility Management, Safety Coordinator)<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop strong customer relationships and new accounts, and maintain profitability<br \/>\n\u2022 Strategically plan new accounts acquisitions with local, national and international sales executives<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare necessary documents, AWBS, B\/L and issue billing invoices (Air Import, Air Export and Domestic NEWLINKS).<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct performance evaluations of employees annually.
