This company is looking for a dedicated Process Engineer to implement and optimize injection processes in their facility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary: $85k + Comprehensive benefits and incentives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROCESS ENGINEER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Implement measures for continuous improvement of production processes including increased Quality, Capacity, and Profit margins<br \/>\nCollect data on production efficiency such as scrap rate, labor, down time etc.<br \/>\nMinimize scrap and labor waste by analyzing production data and rectifying source of waste<br \/>\nTroubleshoot production equipment, processes, and materials<br \/>\nTrain staff on equipment maintenance, operation, safety guidelines, and company rules<br \/>\nParticipate in New Product Development with product trials, modification, and quoting<br \/>\nCoordinate Downtime Events, process upgrades, and implementing safety procedures<br \/>\nProcure and fabricate new tooling, production equipment, fixtures, and gages<br \/>\nOther duties assigned as needed<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF PROCESS ENGINEER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Injection Molding<br \/>\n3-5 years experience in Thermoplastics and Polymers manufacturing<br \/>\nExcellent analytical ability, critical thinking, and problem solving skills<br \/>\nExcellent leadership and communication skills<br \/>\nCertification and Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/p>\n<p>We screen ALL Candidates to verify the validity of each applicant.
