\n-Using the telephone to reach out to customers and verify their account information
\n-Canceling or upgrading accounts

\n-Taking payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers<\/p>\n
\n-Excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills
\n-Previous experience of providing a high level of customer service to external clients
\n-Analytical and problem solving skills, with a high attention to detail
\n-Experience in promoting a product or service highlighting the features and benefits<\/p>\n
