The Japanese restaurant is an authentic Japanese cuisine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications for Japanese \/ English Bilingual Restaurant Assistant Manager:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022       At least 3 years\u2019 experience in Japanese restaurant<br \/>\n\u2022       Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) without any external assistant<br \/>\n\u2022       Is familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<br \/>\n\u2022       Excellent Attendance ad Work Ethic<br \/>\n\u2022       Prefer AA or BA in Business management or Hospitality Management related field<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities for Japanese \/ English Bilingual Restaurant Assistant Manager:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022       Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant<br \/>\n\u2022       Respond for customer questions an complaints<br \/>\n\u2022       Schedule and supervise the employees in the floor and kitchen<br \/>\n\u2022       Analyze, plans, and promote to maximize the restaurant performance and business<br \/>\n\u2022       Train and motivate the employees<br \/>\n\u2022       Maintain high quality for food and environment to satisfy the customers<\/p>\n<p>We screen ALL Candidates to verify the validity of each applicant with criminal background \/ Social Security verification.
