\nManages employees in the Human Resources Department
\nManagement of the recruiting process
\nPrepare job offer letters and conduct new hire orientation
\nOversees benefits programs and assists with insurance enrollment
\nPrepares biweekly payroll
\nManages company training program
\nPrepares employee separation notices
\nSchedules company-wide quarterly meetings<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree
\n4 years of human resources experience
\nMust have manufacturing plant experience
\nKnowledge of ERP systems is preferred
\nStrong communication skills<\/p>\n
