Activ8 has an excellent track record in placing candidates in long-term, direct-hire positions as well as temporary positions that fit the needs of both the client and the job seeker.<\/p>\n<p>An International Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company is searching for a dedicated First-Shift Maintenance Supervisor for their Dayton, OH plant.<\/p>\n<p>***Please reply with your most recent resume in an MS Word document***<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor &#8211; Automotive Parts Manufacturing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coordinate and execute equipment maintenance schedule<br \/>\nImplement and perform Preventative Maintenance protocols<br \/>\nTrain technicians on Preventative Maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of production equipment<br \/>\nTroubleshoot and Repair electrical and mechanical machinery<br \/>\nRecord and Document machine down-time and measures taken to repair\/improve machinery using ERP system<br \/>\nSupport design and production departments on new product development when needed<br \/>\nDecrease downtime of production by implementing innovative maintenance protocols<br \/>\nDemonstrate continuous effort to improve operations<br \/>\nOther job duties are assigned as required<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements of Maintenance Supervisor &#8211; Automotive Parts Manufacturing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High school diploma, Technical degree preferred<br \/>\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in Manufacturing Maintenance, Supervisor experience preferred<br \/>\nExcellent leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)<br \/>\nExcellent analytical skills<br \/>\nProficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint<br \/>\nStrong Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, CNC and PLC Programming skills preferred<br \/>\nShow strong interpersonal and organizational skills<br \/>\nSalary: $20-24 \/ hour<\/p>\n<p>Activ8 is an international recruiting company in Chicago, Atlanta, Texas, and Canada.
