A Global Logistic Company located in the Cincinnati, OH area is searching for a Japanese- English Bilingual Customer Service Representative.<\/p>\n
Duties\/Responsibilities:
\n– Communicate with customers in regards to shipment information, product information, and business meetings
\n– Make travel, meeting and event arrangements
\n– Assist customer who are relocating
\n– Other duties assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n– Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (read, write, and speak)
\n– Experience in an office environment is preferred
\n– Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
\n– Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
