An International Automotive Parts Manufacturer is looking for a dedicated Japanese English Bilingual Quality Engineer in the Memphis, TN.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities for Quality Engineer :
\n– Implement and Audit corrective actions regarding quality issues
\n– Monitor daily quality of supplier parts
\n– Improve quality level and reduce customer complaints
\n– Coordinate and organize Quality activity or Engineering change request with customers
\n– Assist production and assembly line to improve tooling
\n– Audit and evaluate suppliers process and process changes
\n– Develop procedures, standards, and other quality documents
\n– Implement root cause analysis and deal with Kaizen activity
\n– Initiate and approve production \/ process control activities and reviews for implementation and effectiveness
\n– Other job duties are assigned as required<\/p>\n
Qualifications for Quality Engineer :
\n– MUST have a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or related discipline
\n– Japanese language skills (speak, read and write)
\n– MUST be able to interact with customers with respect, tact and a desire to understand issues
\n– Prefer have having 2 – 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer at an Automotive Parts Manufacturer
\n– TS 16949 \/ ISO experience is a big plus
\n– Excellent Communication skills (Writing, Reading and Speaking)<\/p>\n
– While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision
