A global automotive parts manufacturing company is now seeking a Japanese Spanish Bilingual Entry to Junior Level Account Manager in the Guadalajara, MEX area.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities for Account Representative :
\n– B2B (Business to Business) communication with current and prospective clients
\n– Visit current clients to build and maintain good business relationship
\n– Utilize existing network to generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
\n– Perform presentations and demonstrations of company products for clients better understanding
\n– Negotiate with customers when it comes to asking price or minor alterations to product quality or quantity
\n– Consult with clients and provide them with products to meet their needs
\n– Communicate with customers and clients via phone calls, email, etc with excellent follow up skills
\n– Prepare and provide quotes to customers as necessary
\n– Process sale reports and data, and analyze for positive results
\n– Maintain accurate records such as sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices and other documents
\n– Act as a liaison between production and customers and make sure to meet with customers’ demands
\n– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements for Account Representative :
\n– MUST HAVE a Bachelor’s degree or Higher with Business related disciplines
\n– Japanese language skills (speak, read and write)
\n– Spanish language skills (speak, read and write)
\n– Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
\n– Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
\n– Strong analytical and mathematical skills
\n– Must be able to travel up to 50%<\/p>\n
Work environment will include manufacturing plants, distributor facilities and offices. Thus, while performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
