A Japanese manifacturing in Cincinnati, OH are is looking for an Accountant. <\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:
\n– Process all monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual general ledger entries, including accruals and deferrals
\n– Manage both the AP and AR functions within the company
\n– Ensure financial statements are prepared each month for corporate consolidation
\n– Manage internal financial controls regarding cash, accounts receivables, inventory, fixed assets and accounts payable
\n– Reconcile bank statement balance to book balance monthly
\n– Maintain spreadsheet to reconcile general ledger accounts and make any necessary journal entries
\n– Prepare general ledger monthly entries for all payroll transactions
\n– Support budget and forecasting activities
\n– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
\n– 5-10 years experiences in a mid to senior level finance\/accounting position
\n– Experiences in the financial reporting \/ general ledger area
\n– Strong experience managing month-end closing, preparation of financial statements, management reports, reconciliation of balance sheet and bank accounts
\n– US CPA preferred
\n– Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, and speak)
