A Japanese Manufacturing Company in the North of Dublin, OH area is looking for a qualified candidate for a Field Service Technician position.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\n– Undertaking the evaluation, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy industrial equipment
\n– Traveling to client locations and providing exemplary customer service
\n– Collaborating with fellow technicians on service calls
\n– At least 1 year machine operator experience, prefer 2 or 3 years
\n– Is able to use and have knowledge of tools for maintaining machines
\n– Must have excellent communication skills
\n– Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment<\/p>\n
Requirements :
\n– At least 2 years\u2019 experience as a maintenance technician specializing in heavy industrial equipment, preferably in a field service capacity
\n– Be able to travel to client locations 45 % of the time
\n– Experience installing, programming, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machines
\n– Create and maintain relationships with customers (new and existing)
