A Japanese Information Technology company in the Manhattan, NY area is looking for a Help Desk Manager.
\nLocation : Manhattan, NY<\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:
\n– Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to a wide range of clients in both English and Japanese
\n– Planning, scheduling, and supervising all Help Desk activities
\n– Prompt, professional, and effective communication with clients to ensure needs are met
\n– Training Help Desk staff on tech support techniques and other best practices
\n– Other responsibilities as assigned by managers<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n– Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science or related field required
\n– At least 5 years\u2019 experience in an IT Help Desk environment required
\n– At least 2 years\u2019 IT Help Desk Management experience strongly preferred
