Responsibilities Include:
\n– Managing employee relations, including wages, salaries and benefits and monitors policies and procedures
\n– Answer all questions for employees regarding benefits programs
\n– Develop reasonable\/competitive compensation plans for new hires\/promotions
\n– Meet with company legal representatives to ensure that all federal and state guidelines are followed
\n– Assist with training management in HR issues that arise
\n– Prepare budget for HR purposes
\n– Serve as point of contact for outside placement\/temporary placement agencies
\n– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n– Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience
\n– Experience in human resources administration with a background in manufacturing
\n– Supervision\/management experience
\n– Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship
\n– Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, and speak)
