Responsibilities Include:
\n– Handle customers\u2019 requests and assist them to meet their requests
\n– Coordinate inquiries and orders
\n– Arranges and schedules pickup and deliveries
\n– Provide quotation and issue invoices
\n– General administrative and accounting tasks
\n– Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n– Authorized to work in the U.S.
\n– Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
\n– Japanese skill is a big plus
\n– A few years sales assistant, customer service or office administrative experience
