– Liaise with our corporate clients in Japanese in order to gather information regarding available hiring opportunities with respect to candidates\u2019 qualifications.
\n– Conduct research and analysis on various types of compensation and benefit plans (such as 401(k), medical, bonuses, vacation time, etc.), government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plans.
\n– Compile reports in Japanese based on the findings on these benefit plans, and presents the same to top client management for consideration.
\n– Consult our corporate clients and assist them with their recruitment activities based on the finding and industry standards.<\/p>\n
