Our Seattle office works with many global companies in the U.S. A global trading company in south side of Seattle WA is searching for Accounting Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
\nBusiness & Financial Analysis:
\n*Supporting new or old businesses from the aspects of accounting, finance and tax.
\n*Reporting business plans, results and forecasts to the global head-office in Tokyo.<\/p>\n
Financial Reporting:
\n*Preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
\n*Supporting U.S. affiliates in financial reporting, including adoption of new accounting standards, nonrecurring transactions like a business combination, restructuring and impairment.
\n*Supporting IFRS adoption by the global head-office.<\/p>\n
Internal Control:
\n*Organizing J-Sox tests and audit for U.S. affiliates. <\/p>\n
Corporate Tax:
\n*Managing all aspects of tax issues including consolidated tax provision and tax filing.
\n*Supporting the group companies in accounting, tax or finance issues.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/b>
\n*Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting degree or a related experience
\n*Strong technical accounting skills.
\n*CPA is preferred (not required).
\n*Accounting experiences in CPA firms and\/or listed companies in Japan or U.S. are preferred (not required).<\/p>\n
