A tier 1 automotive supplier located in Southern IL is seeking an Automotive Program Manager.<\/p>\n
Program Manager:<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tDevelop and launch products on new automotive lighting programs
\n\u2022\tPlan new program launch, create project schedules and generate consensus from the team
\n\u2022\tUnderstand all customer requirements for the project, communicate them to the team, and make sure the team meets them
\n\u2022\tConduct team meetings, generate follow-up documents, manage problems, support overcoming problems
\n\u2022\tResponsible for timelines, open issues deck, financial reports, executive level presentations, and other duties as assigned
\n\u2022\tControl all project costs and ensure all costs are assigned to the customer<\/p>\n
Required Skills:
\n\u2022\tBachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
\n\u2022\tMust have at least 2-5 years of experience in Automotive program management and product development
\n\u2022\tPlastic injection molding experience required
\n\u2022\tMust have excellent communication skills in written\/verbal English
\n\u2022\tMust be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
\n\u2022\tAutomotive Class A products and\/or plastics experience is preferred
