A tier 1 automotive supplier located in the Metro-Detroit area is seeking an Electronics Engineer.
\nElectronics Engineer:<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n-Assists with design, development, and production for electrical requirements for automotive lighting products
\n-Responsible for validation tests, prototypes, and production hardware and providing feedback
\n-Provides technical advice and gives recommendations for design changes regarding product
\n-Improves electronic design for automotive lighting products
\n-Conducts technical support in areas such as DFMEA, DVP&R, wiring schematics, and component selection
\n-Works with project teams, customers, and suppliers <\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree OR Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering
\n-2-4 years\u2019 experience in electronics development in the automotive or manufacturing industry
\n-Experience with electronics in exterior automotive lighting products is a huge plus!
\n-Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently
\n-Experience with LabView, Matlab, PSpice, or ProTel preferred!
\n-Good communication skills and ability to maintain professional manner <\/p>\n
