This company is focused on three major markets Oleo Chemicals, Performance Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals such as Imaging and Aroma Chemicals.<br \/>\nPlease apply with your resume in an MS Word attachment<br \/>\nNO visa support is available for this position<br \/>\nResponsibilities for Sales Account Manager  :<br \/>\n\u2022\tManage the sales development process from consultation to commercialization<br \/>\n\u2022\tSell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and existing customers of the various solutions<br \/>\n\u2022\tBuild long-term relationships with an existing customer base by understanding their key business drivers, and selling new chemistries<br \/>\n\u2022\tExecute appropriate sales strategy based on customer and technical specifics<br \/>\n\u2022\tGrow sales in assigned market segments<br \/>\n\u2022\tLead and educate other sales staff on offerings<br \/>\n\u2022\tDevelop sales strategies and customer specific requirements<br \/>\n\u2022\tCreate financial and technical documents for customer proposals<br \/>\n\u2022\tWork collaboratively with R&#038;D and Production leadership for total customer satisfaction<br \/>\n\u2022\tOther duties as assigned by company<br \/>\nQualifications for Sales Account Manager :<br \/>\n\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering<br \/>\n\u2022\tSeven years\u2019 technical sales experience in the chemical industry<br \/>\n\u2022\tExperience selling specialty chemicals (surfactants, polymers, and esters) into the plasticizer, lubricant additives, paint additives, and adhesives \/ sealants markets.  Some oil field experience would be a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022\tOvernight travel approximately 20% of work<br \/>\n\u2022\tDemonstrated expertise leading new products through customer technical trials<br \/>\n\u2022\tBusiness Development experience for a variety of chemical products<br \/>\n\u2022\tStrong technical and analytical skills<br \/>\n\u2022\tStrong grasp of marketing, sales, and business development concepts<br \/>\n\u2022\tMust be a motivated, self-starter, with strong networking and communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022\tBe team oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment<br \/>\n\u2022\tAbility to take a consultative sales approach with a primary emphasis on strong account leadership skills<br \/>\n\u2022\tProven sales record with established customer base<br \/>\n\u2022\tSome formulation experience preferred<br \/>\n\u2022\tHard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.<br \/>\n\u2022\tWe screen ALL Candidates to verify the validity of each applicant with criminal background \/ Social Security verification &#8211; some positions require drug screening and vehicle driving reports.
