Responsibilities for Japanese English Bilingual Administrative Assistant
\n\u2022\tData entry of inventory, shipping and receiving related information
\n\u2022\tInsure data is accurate, troubleshoot and edit as necessary
\n\u2022\tAssist in general administrative tasks such as; answering phone calls and directing them, documentation filing, meeting room arrangements, and etc.
\n\u2022\tOther duties would be assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements for Japanese English Bilingual Administrative Assistant
\n\u2022\tExcellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
\n\u2022\tMicrosoft software skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
\n\u2022\tDetail oriented and strong with numbers
\n\u2022\tMust be able to work up to 30 hours a week
\n\u2022\tMust have High School Degree or Higher<\/p>\n
