Responsibilities for this Bilingual English and Japanese Administrative Assistant position:
\nAssist senior agents to assure office is running smoothly and efficiently
\nTake incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate agents
\nSort files and resumes
\nData Entry
\nOther administrative duties as required
\nQualifications for this Bilingual English and Japanese Administrative Assistant position:
\nMust have a Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent degree
\nMust be able to speak, read and write in both English and Japanese
\nSome experience in an office setting is a great plus!!
