Outline of the position:<\/p>\n
Types of employment: Direct hire and Full-time
\nSalary: $36K~ (Depends on Experience)<\/p>\n
Summary of responsibilities of Outside Sales Representative (Food Industry):<\/p>\n
Visit potential customers to introduce the services and products.
\nInform and hand-deliver the sample of the new products to customers
\nWork together with inside sales team and client\u2019s customer service personnel to analyze the consumer\u2019s trend and needs.
\nEvaluate potential customers credit history.
\nCommunicate with Account department to identify past due invoices and make as much effort as possible to assure the collection.
\nAnalyze and forecast the demand and assure the proper inventory level.
\nCreate sales reports.
\nOther duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Summary of requirements of the Outside Sales Representative (Food Indusutry):<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other business related field is preferred.
\nOutside sales experiences are preferred.
\nMust have a valid drivers license.
\nExcellent communication skills.
\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/p>\n
Helpful: <\/p>\n
Able to speak or understand Japanese language.
\nAsian Food ingredients knowledge. <\/p>\n
Work environment will include manufacturing plants, distributor facilities and offices. Thus, while performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and listen.
