Responsibilities of Logistics Manager:
\n\u2022\tSupport process of transportation by managing inventory, warehouse, and team
\n\u2022\tMonitoring cost of transportation, inventory, and services within budget in logistic department.
\n\u2022\tNegotiating cost of transportation fees, and regaining best routes and services for clients
\n\u2022\tSolving transportation issues such as delay, damaged shipments, etc., and reporting the problems.
\n\u2022\tBuild relationships with employees and clients with excellent communication skills.
\n\u2022\tStrategically supervise shipping and receiving schedules. <\/p>\n
Summary of requirement for Logistic Manager:
\n\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s Degree is preferred
\n\u2022\tHave 5 or more years of experience in logistic field
\n\u2022\tHave knowledge of international and domestic transportation systems
\n\u2022\tJapanese skills are a plus<\/p>\n
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision<\/p>\n
This position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Hard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.<\/p>\n
