{"id":32293,"date":"2016-08-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-08-12T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/activ8.heteml.net\/job\/english-japanese-inside-sales-representative\/"},"modified":"2016-08-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-08-12T07:00:00","slug":"english-japanese-inside-sales-representative","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/activ8.ckmsol.com\/?job=english-japanese-inside-sales-representative","title":{"rendered":"English \/ Japanese Inside Sales Representative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Receiving and processing requests for quotes as well as processing purchase orders in both English and Japanese<\/p>\n<p>* Provide customer service to customers, such as Price and Delivery, RMA coordination and customer complaint resolution.<\/p>\n<p>* Provide current market information obtained from customers<\/p>\n<p>* Responsible for building, managing and maintaining accounts.<\/p>\n<p>* Meeting regularly with assigned strategic accounts to ensure highest quality customer service, and to address open or outstanding issues in a face-to-face manner.<\/p>\n<p>* Write Sales reports<\/p>\n<p>* Evaluating supplier performance<\/p>\n<p>* Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Must have at least a Bachelor\u2019s Degree. Technical or Business-related fields preferred<\/p>\n<p>* Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Japanese<\/p>\n<p>* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
